Hampton is a licensed attorney and career salesperson, possessing substantial experience in real estate transactions, real estate management and development, long-haul fiber optic network builds, marketing and corporate governance.

Earlier in his career Hampton was owner and senior attorney at both H. Hampton Friedman & Associates as well as Active Title, LLC where he managed a transactional and real estate law practice. He started his career as National Sales Manager at Opti-Com Manufacturing Network, Inc. where he sold fiber-optic components for long-haul telecommunications projects.

As a graduate of Stetson University, Hampton received a BS in Political Science with emphasis in Spanish. He also received a JD from Loyola University, New Orleans College of Law.

Hampton currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Rebecca, and their three year old son Jake.
